Dear All,
We own a DDA flat in New Delhi which is on my grandfather's name. But both my grandparents are deceased now. My father is the only legal heir of my grand parents (i.e. the only child) and we would like to transfer the ownership of the flat in his name. Please guide me what is the process for the same and what docments will be required and if I can find there format online or the forms itself.
