here is a case -ram's grandmother have a plot in her name she was house wifes .ram have 4 uncle and 2 buas . ram father purchase a plot for her mother name but there is no proof but all the brothers and sister know that .before the death of ram grandmother want to gave the property to ram her elder son's ,son.so he write a registered will to the name of ram only for the plot silently. no one know that .grandmother passed .
now the uncle want to his share in this plot ?
