there is one house in the name of A person & he has no other reletives & his widow wife is live so what to do for the transfer the property on her name

no need to do any thing because she is only legal heir and successor of the A. only thing to do by her is to file an application for mutation of her name in the revenue record on the basis of being a legal heir and successor of the A.
