Dear Legal Experts,
We (me & my father) own a flat in Pune. He paid 60% amount and I took loan for remaining 40% from a Bank. I have now repayed the loan. The property is jointly held with my name appearing first. Now, I want to tranfer the property to him making him full owner of the property. What could be the best way to tranfer the flat to his name and not losing my right for inheritance to that property after his lifetime. Also, please guide on the costs (stamp duty, registration, taxes etc) that can be incurred in such transactions.
