A christian husband died leaving his wife, three married daughters and only son three two years ago ,his landed property is not transfered to wife as his legal heir so far, daughters don't want the property but they don't wish to transfer it to the only brother now and they have no objection to transfer it after mothers death. He is a careless and hopeless man. Advice the daughters inorder to prevent mother from transfering the property before her death.
