transfer of share in joint property

Hi

I and my mother have a 2000 sqft of plot registry in jointly in our name in Lucknow UP.

As we are three brothers so I want to make each of my brothers a equal shareholder.

I want to know how can I achieve it by doing the least legal work and without paying the stamp duty again for the same property

#1. Can I transfer my shares 50% in the name of our father if yes then how it can be done?

#2. Can I transfer my shares 50% to our mother who is already 50% share holder,it will make her 100% but I hope in future as a successor I will be 33% share holder same as my brothers? and how can I get the transfer done to my mother name?

#3. can I get my both the brothers name added to the property without getting re-registry done and paying the stamp duty on it?

Execute a partition deed among yourselves and register the same...
