Wife applied for transfer petition in SC and did not disclose to the District court where the matter was running. During this process she also adjourned one hearing so as to get a stay on the matter and then during next hearing presented the stay order.
Is there any rule that the party who applies for transfer has to inform the court where the matter is being heard that he/ she has applied for Transfer? If so any specific clause in CPC?
