1. rcr +125 clubbed in family court.
2. divorce in district court sr. division.....
3.same district and jurisdiction but diffrent courts distance of 20km.
4. wifes plea of transfer of husband filed divorce case from district court rejected.
5. can husband plead for transfer of wifes case of rcr with 125 from family court to district court sr. div????can it be considered ...??
6. should i pray for transfer....??????

i m also facing same.how were u able to stop your wife's transfer pitetion for your divorce case..

Respected sir,
Divorce case and maintenance case are pending before court at present. wife lodged 498A,406,DP act but reluctant to take her belongings from her in-laws home in spite of giving 5 letters of reminder for this. THE JUDGE HAS GRANTED BAIL of husband 3 MONTHS BEFORE. now husband is willing to sell all belongings of wife
Q1. would any legal problem arise after selling of married women property?
