Respected Experts,
Party "A" on grounds of biad shown by a sessions judge has filed a transfer petition before the District Judge with the prayer to transfer the proceeding to any other court [proceeding filed by respondent bank]...this is a civil petition for transfer of execution proceeding of arbitration award.
Party "b" wants transfer of matter to high court for several reasons as it is a very sensitive matter...can they seek directions from district judge to pass orders against respondent bank to get proceedings withdrawn from the district court so as to be filed before the appropriate court i.e. high court of original jurisdiction.....
or in rare circumstances can the district court pass direct orders to transfer entire proceeding to high court..
