Dear members,
I want to know the provisions available for a married female scientific employee in an central autonomous (govt aided organisation) institute to take a mutual transfer with a candidate from a central govt institute under the same department and ministry. The transfer petition was put up through proper channel but was rejected in the department though it was approved by the respective institute directors. Could you please let me know the laws available to safe guard the rights of a married woman who is a central govt employee..I am currently under severe stress.
Such transfers had happened in the past though it was one way transfers.
Please help me out.
