hi, my husband left me in 2009 but i got back my children who are presently residing with me. I have filed for divorce on grounds of desertion and i have applied for custody of my children. The matter has not reached the hearing stage till now. But i am on the verge of transfer. Will there be any problem in me taking my kids along when the matter is not yet settled to another city?

No legal problem in shifting 2 another city along with the children!

thanks.btw, i had filed the case in 2009 and the matter is yet to reach the hearing stage. How long does a divorce proceeding generally last since about 2 years is already over?
