Trial without bail in 138 cases ?

Hi , 

Accused got a summon in 138 case , present in court in time as per summon date and time . Is it possible to face him complete trial without any bail,  because he never been issued with any  warrants ,arrest warrants or PO orders ? if yes than pl tell me the Law in detail.

Ni 138 is bailable offence,you need to furnish bail bond and then the trial will proceed...
