Trials in High Court and Dist Court can be solved in lok adalath ?

Trials are going in high court and district courts regarding one crmnl case now both parties want to compromise in lok adalath is it possible...what is the procedure for the same.

It depends on the seriousnesss of the offence reported to have been committed by the accused. 

Lok Adalats can deal with criminal cases that are compoundable under the law, but they cannot settle non-compoundable offenses. Lok Adalats are also known as People's Courts and are meant to resolve disputes outside of the courts. 
 
Lok Adalats can specify their own procedure for resolving disputes.
Compromises: Lok Adalats can arrive at compromises or settlements between parties.
Lok Adalats can record settlements and allow parties to execute them in accordance with the applicable civil or criminal law.
