dear experts, please guide me ,
1) if there is appeal can be made against the additional collector sanctioned permission for tribal agri land sale & purchase in maharashtra ?
2) also please guide me if person having only caste certificate & not the caste validity can get permission from the collector for purchasing the tribal agri land in maharahtra ?
3) if any person who is not having caste validity certificate get the permission from collector for tribal land 36 & 36 A only on affidavit basis claiming to submit the caste validity in due time. does case can be filed against collector & purchaser in district court ?
