The agriculture land was leased in himachal between X(owner) and Y(tenant).which is in papers i.e. land recodrs till date now the X and Y both had died. The land recodrs does not conatins the details when the land was leased or which year the agreement was made, but roughly it is around 30+ years old.
Questions
1. is there a way to find out ,when the agreeement was done or any other details about the agreement 30 years back i guess land records were in urdu or hindi.
2. who holds the right of the land, legal hiers of the X(owner) or Y(tenant).
3. Can Y(legal hiers) claim the ownership or X(owner legal hiers) as the agreement is still in place as per the land records.
4. The Y(tenat legal hiers) are not using the land but the agreement is still present in papers.
Please suggest experts whose case is more strong.
