Trila in civi suit - court

hello, what happens if someone givess contracdictory statemnet in trial ,in civil suit for immovable properties,compared to what is given in the written statmnet .especialy with respect to facts mentioned. will the court send it for any verification or still go ahead with the orders/judgemnt. how seriosly does court take the above ?

Those should be poiinted out specifically either in Cross examination or during argument stage.  If the Hon., Judge is smart, he can find it out while delivering judgment and he himself can find out the controversies.

Contradictions can arise in severl ways, and it may also be of trivial contradictions, as such until such contradictions is given in detail  and how it arise, there can not be any concrete answer to your query.
