Hi,
My name is Abdul and I am registered lessee of trust land since last more than 30 years, now I want to assign my lessee right to 3rd person. I know that the permission is required from lessor to assign my right to third person, but if lesser refuse to grant permission to assign what remedy is availabe to me being the registered lessee.
