Trust..Trustee and its President

Sir

I have a Delhi Registerd TRUST which is 20 years old

my youngest sister is the President

my elder sister and me are the other two trustees

TOTAL 3 of us

my youngest sister who is the president is now claiming complete authority over the trust with my sister backing him

is there any way to remove him or weaken his powers

what can I do.in this case and which govt Authority do i approach

pls help me

Trust means firm belief in the reliability, truth, or ability of someone or something, if you don't have then resign.

Your trust must be governed by the terms upon which the trust was created.Just check in your trsut deed /bye laws what is procedure for removal. The trust is having only you three trustees , if yes then mejority is aginst you.

Check your trust bye laws.

Or provide copy.

First your turst must be run by government rule. it must have been follows all rule and regulation and huge support given by people. Case on court and remove her my majority of people. give her some share and remove for long time
