Trustee rights

Dear sirs We are the life members of one registered society. We have elected 21 committee members and 3 trustees from two groups.. 2 trustees and 10 committee membes from group A and 1 trustee 11 committee members from groyp B.. So my questiion his which group can form the managing committe and have the right to become president of the society.. Is the trustees has the right to form the managing committee. Please advise. this matter is very contraversy Thank you
