Trying to leave country

Dear Experts, I got to know that husband is planning to settle abroad and is trying to sell/lease his properties. Cases are still running in court. Any possibility to cease or block his passport by filing petition in court as my streedhan still with him. Plz guide on the procedure. Thank you.

1. If DV case is pending, file an application for not dispossession of property. Another application for surrender of passport.

2. If stri-dhan case u/s. 406 IPC, or S.498-A dowry harassment case is pending, move application for surrender of passport.

Apart from the advise of Adv.Chandrashekhar you can file a civil suit against him not to sell the property and not to leave the country.

Hi,

Thank you all for d advice.pl suggest d cost for cancelling bail / surrender passport application filing.

In DVC orders were filed, but he appealed.

i have also filed 406 in 498a.

Pl suggest d expenditure in filing d same.
