My builder is proposing to make 2 co-operative societies in one building, one for 2 BHK wing and other for 1 BHK wing. The residents are not in favour of it, but the builder is insisting for it. As the parking area, garden , entrance etc. are common how is it possible ? Also later on maintenance, painting etc. also will be a issue. What is the rule for it ? Can the builder take decision on his own way or the members can have a say in that ?
