I am Shipra Dey completed B. Ed as a deputed candidate on 2015-2017 (June) and during this period I have completed my Part time Phd registration on 13th January 2017. My PhD (chemistry) is completed now 2019 27th may. So please let me know if you have any ideas to overcome this problem.
