Holding two passports by a single individual is an offence under Passports Act.

Keeping two passports at the same time is a criminal offence under the Passports Act. So as keeping two wives at the same time for a Hindu male under the Indian Penal Code.

basically  holding two passports is illegal. you can always lodge a complaint, with police or write to Regional

Passport Officer of your area.

if your marriage was good, the second marriage was void. If he had converted himself as a muslim lawfully,

you have no place in his life. you didnot mention that he used the  earlier passport. May be he had discarded

earlier passport and informed the office. Passport is immaterial. First, check your marriage status and confirm

you are still his married wife. Give a complaint to local police, that he married a second time, for bigamy. Let him

state his case.  On that basis, consult a local lawyer.

Sir, conversion for the purpose of marriage is quite illegal and law will not permit the same.

See Sarala Mudgal's case.
