I want to know the criminal liability on the following case-
A person "ABC" has a voter id card at a place "XYZ" in the name of ABC and the same person has a voter id card in place "PQR" in the name of "DEF". Please suggest under what law/section a police case can be filed against "ABC". However ABC also a Chairman of a Municipality.
