Typo error by clerk at sub registration office

Hi All,

I recently purchased property and documemtation and wordinb wise everything correct at our end. No GAPS and mistakes from my end.

But the clerk at sub register did a typo error while taking PHOTO and THUMB

 I. E.

He mentioned our Surname as ANUMALA instead of ANUMULA

Will that be any issue in future. .. Document has aadhar and PAN CARD number too.

Regards

Kumar

Visit the Register's office in person and demand such possibility of correction.   If not ignore as proper names spelling makes no difference in the legal validity and enforceability of a Regd. Sale deed.

Although it is a typographical mistake, which may not make any difference yet it is better to get it rectified by the Sub-Registrar.

It appears that mistake in the endorsement made by the SRO, not in the citations. If so, the mistake is of no consequence

Does that require correction deed? Do both parties need to again be present in subregistrar office.
