Typograhical error mercy vs memorial niacl

Kindly ask them to read their letter again, and point out how does memorial petition fits in place of mercy petition.

They are at liberty to use their whole knowledge of language grammar, etc.

It is nothing but vulgar display of escapism, disposal, recalcitrance, adamancy.............

It is serious matter related to mindset of hardened offender who shall not plead guilty.

Kindly demand they should beg apology.

In Extract from RTI disclosure ref. CPI Cell/HO/201/109 dated 15.07.2011 posted by you, it is clearly, and loudly visible that memorial has been termed and described as mercy petition.

Whatever they may do now g they can not escape that memorial is a mercy petition. If no one else does, courts shall take final call on this.
