I have purchased a land admisiring 300sq.yards of 2nos of 150 Sqyardsof Each plot and registred the same in 1996 on one name(these are two plots).
suprpsingly in 2011 I came to know that my land was attracting Under ULC Act and Approched ULC Competent autority. In reply I got that one of my plot No. is attracting ULC i.e.150sq.yds. the competenet authority has issued a certificate for the same.
Based on which I have applied for regulation against GO59 of Telangana to regularize 150 Sq.yards land by paying precribed amount. Suprisingly I got demand notice for my entire land 300sqyards for regulariziation by paying 15Lacs where as I submtted the concern officer issued certificate.
this is a huge amount for me to afford what should I do.
