Unauthorised entry into our property

Respected sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that we residents are currently living in Kargil Lane,  8th A Cross, Pampa Extn, Kempapura, Hebbal, Bangalore-560024 adjacent to the Godrej villas.  Our  layout is  purely a private layout WITH 20 plots having just 11 feet wide  main road.  We have been living here for the past 15 years. Now the Godrej properties, who have built the villas, are using our private road for transporting men and materials thereby causing hardship/nuisance/damage to our property/loss of peace. Lot of vehicles ply on this 11 feet road and our co-residents who are around 70 are all put to lot of difficulties and hardships. Is it  not the social responsibility  of the Godrej Properties not to cause hardships to the local residents who have been residing for years together?

The entry and exit points  of the Villas constructed by Godrej Properties namely Godrej 17 as per the approved plan have their entry and exit points from the northern side i.e., from inside Godrej Woodsman Estate and from International Airport Road, as shown in the plan which has been approved by the concerned authorities and  the plan is already on the public domain.

A couple of months  back a group of people consisting of  the officials of Godrej properties ltd, previous land owner  along with some police officers from the Amruthalli polce station came near our residence and threatened us with dire consequences if we tried  to stop the labourers/transport vehicles/tractors/ from using our private lane.. Our Pampa extn residents associations have met the joint commissioner, BBMP north and have already submitted a memorandum. But this group which came to our residence threatened us and used pressure tactics along with police officers.

We are now  seeking police protection. We belong to respectable family. My late father was Chief Security and Vigilance officer HAL/BEML, and myself a retired Manager from RBI/NABARD. My son is a retired Major from the Indian Army.

The workers/labourers who have been using the private road of ours eat pan masala and spit on our compound walls and also urinate on the walls. We residents who are senior citizens are totally upset mentally and physically by their behaviour. There is also security threat to the residents living on 8a cross of Pampa Extn, Kempapura. The labourers behave like hooligans (migrant labourers) when we tell them not to spit on our compound walls. Repeated  requests to them not to spit and urinate on our compound walls have gone into deaf ears and have not yielded any results. The peace and tranquillity in our locality is completely lost. Our Pampa Extn Residents Welfare Association have taken up the matter with the concerned authorities.

The vehicles such as tractors/heavy vehicles and cranes have damaged the walls/electric poles on the 8A Cross of Pampa extn, Hebbal Kempapura. They also use their vehicles in the night time disturbing our sleep. .

Suitable necessary action at your end will  enable us to live a peaceful retired life.

Kind regards
