As a Junior lawyer i am asking a query.
I happened to get a matter through a co operative soceity. A member of the soceity moved an application in one of the meetings stating that he wants to do some work in his flat like coloring, cememting , tiling etc. However post that neither the soceity answered anything nor did the member asked anything. However the member started his work and alongwith built a wall in between his big bedrooms due to which their are two rooms constructed for which no permission was taken nor granted.
I want to know should i go the appropriate court or should i go to the local authority viz municipality so that we can demolish the wall.
