Dear Sir,
My father bought a agricultural land long back ago and further converted it to homestead land and made ROR on his name. But few months back a man whose plot is adjacent to our plot unauthorizedly occupied our land and build a cemented fence all along the plot boundary. He doesn't have any right to do that, but he claims that it is his land and hence he has done it. But he does not show us the legal documents we claim to show that may or may not be available with him for the said plot.
What should we do now?? How we proceed and make the right step legally?? Please Guide??
Does unauthorized occupation make him the owner of the Land?? What the rules said??
Please please guide me..
