kindlyadvice on the same as the court is going on postponing since 5months though respondent requesting the court by way of oral request and a petitionunder section 151of cpc dispose of an adinterim injunction order.The petitioner wants to dragthe matter?
It is an urgent matter but there may not be any for CRP as there is no order.
kindly advice on the above and already put the same before the experts?
