In Kerala , since 1986 registration dept. take steps against UNDER VALUATION. only simple question.
If there is STANDARD there will be SUB STANDARD
if there is VALUATION there will be UNDER VALUATION.
But in Kerala fair value of land is not yet implemented.
Then how the Govt. can impose UNDER VALUATION process to the buyer.? the Section 45a of the Kerala Stamp Act clear it.
