Dear Friends,
One of my friend who is 22 years old is in in love with 17 years and 8 month old girl.Both are very much in love with each other.Male is employed and earning member of the family.Boy is very much confident and both are trustworthy to each other.
Parents of both are not agreed to the marriage.
My question is that wjeather with their both wishes can they get married?
Kindly give proper suggestion.

1.YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED RELIGION FOLLOWED BY BOTH .AS THERE ARE DIFFERENT LAW PROVISIONS FOR THE SAME.
2.STILL ON GIVEN FACTS IF BOTH ARE HINDU THEN UNLESS BRIDE AND GROOM BOTH ARE MAJOR,THEY CAN NOT REGISTER THEIR MARRIAGE AT MARRIAGE REGISTRARS OFFICE. BECAUSE DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATES OF BOTH PERSONS AND ALSO AFFIDAVITS OF BOTH WILL BE REQUIRED AND ADDRESS PROOF OF BOTH WILL BE REQUIRED AS MARRIAGE REGISTRAR WILL ISSUE NOTICE AT ADDRESS OF BOTH BRIDE AND GROOM AND AFTER NOTICE PERIOD IS OVER THEN MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE WILL BE ISSUED.

Yes, why not if they really love each other? such marriage is not voidable or void though they may face some penalty but why worry with the penalty if the Love each other? Remember Love Conquers all.
