If you are in Maharashtra, there is a special Act to prevent Unfair Labour Practices. Otherwise there is probision in the ID Act for a penal agasint the person committing unfair labour praictice. You have to file a complaint before the Labour authorities who only will file a complaint before the magistrate. If the Labour Authorities remain inactive on your complaint you can move the High court under Art. 226.

lakshmi your question is vague , or your not aware that ,this is the reason why unions are formed to protect the workers from unfair labor practices, every company has its own union which safeguards the interest of the labors.if you are in maharashtra MRTU &PULP ACT to curb unfair labor practice, is actively used to protect the interest of the labors.
