Unilateral Conveyance

I am staying in a large layout (35 Buildings), where we are dividied by a road in all the four corners.

All the survey nos. are different. Our promoter is not giving us conveyance. He just gives us excuses.

Can the 4 buidings get together whose survey no. is one go ahead and take a unilateral conveyance since their survey nos. are one and different from the other buildings.

A sale deed by a purchaser alone is not valid.

Insist the builder/ vendor to convey the property

If u have entered into any agreement and all the terms and duties/ liabilities are fulfilled by you, then you can approach the court of Law for specific performance of the agreement.
