Unknown language in Notice

if a notice is served to a party, which the language used in the notice is unknown to him. Whether that notice will be deemed to be served ?

YES IT IS DEEMED TO BE SERVED. YOU MUST GET IT TRANSLATED APPEAR  BEFORE THE COURT THEN ASK FOR TRANSLATED COPIES. OTHERWISE EXPARTE ORDERS MAY BE PASSED. BE CAREFUL.
