I have a property in Mumbai which is in slum, previously owned by my father and he transferred to me in Gift by executing a transfer deed. The documents could not be registered as the property is in slum and the land belongs to some other person. Registrar said these type of property can not be registered.
I have filed evacuation suit against my brother and her wife, as they are not vacating. I have allowed them on temporary basis in a part of the premises, when I was residing elsewhere and now residing at the said premises and want them to their arrangements.
I got unauthorised NA, electric bill, shop and establishment licence etc in my name.
Defendants culd not provide any documents to prove their claim except adhaar card, ration card (which is in my name and they unlawfully got their name in the same when I was away. Later I got it deleted).
Shuld my docs admitted as evidence? and what culd be consequences?
