Hello,
Please can somebody help me to understand the UP Bhulekh document. The document is divided into two parts, the 'owner' and the 'instructions'. I have seen two variations of such a document:
1. The person who has bought the property is listed on the left. The 'instructions' on the right however do no mention the buyer at all. For example the buyer is listed on the left but his name does not appear on the right column at all.

2. The seller of the property is listed on the left. The instructions on the right mention the buyer, something like the following. The buyer is विक्रम सिंह but the his name is not listed in the left column, only on the right :

Which amongst the two is the correct format or are they both correct?
Where should the present owner/buyer be listed?
