Dear Sir,
I am living in house constructed by my father. The house is constructed in 1977 and is in dilapidated state. I wanted to demolish the old house and construct a new house on the same land. The size of the plot is about 210 Sq.Yards. When I went for construction permit with GHMC, I came to know that my land is under ULC and was asked to get the clearance from office of SOCA ULC Hyderabad. Kindly suggest me the procedure to go further in this matter. I will be thank ful for your help.
