I want an opinion about stay pettion of damand u/s 156 arries from u/s 143(1).
and appeal was filed in due time.
but AO reject the stay pettion,and directed to assesse to pay lumsum one time and installment in every month upto disposal of appeal.
kindly give me a valuable opinion.

Is this the first appeal, if so, then you can write to the A O asking him to stay the demand until the final orders are passed by the first appellate authorithy
