In my state, I believe one generally needs a Rs.200 stamp paper for a document. Is it okay if one has an "agreement to sell" on a Rs.200 stamp paper and later adds stamp duty fee just incase there is a dispute to be taken to acourt of law? (Stamp duty suggested is 0.1%, I think)
Secondly, is the stamp duty paid on an "agreement to sell" adjustable against the stamp duty paid on the "final sale cum conveyance" deed?
