Urgent help 498a/406

My wife filed a 498a/406 in April 2014 in Punjab against my parents and me. I was not in touch with my parents for few months. I came to know about FIR in Aug 2014, still that time my parents got anticipatory bail, however Judge wanted parents to ask me to appear in High court.

My bail was reject in lower court and while my lawyer was in process of applying for my anticipatory bail in high court. Judge Dismissed my parents anticipatory bail today.

What should we do now?

U may kindly confirm again as such matter must be lying before first class magistrate by far the offence is punishable for imprisonment for 3 years. So you might be required to appear before FCM. Further, as per the recent judgement of SC , police can not arrest without obtaining the approval of concerned FCM under 498a.
