Urgent help

The subject contested for 498a & Divorce proceedings for 5 years. Finally the matrimonial disputes got mutually settelled in superior courts , as husband agreed to pay one time settlement.

Both the parties are residing in different states. Can any party again file case against each other through proxy and harass their lives?

Do not keep any apprehension as the issue is mutually resolved. Consent compromising the things works on a greater footing. In case, any false case is filed, show the settlement. There can never be any cases or subsequent cases for harrassment after it is finally settled.

The subject was directed by Superior court to pay X amount towards mutual settlement. Despite this the opp party has filed a false case through proxy just to harass the subject. Can the subject move Superior court for contempt? The subject has few days left to pay the balance amount as directed by SC..hence need urgent opinion..
