Dear all, I seek your advice on below context.
Our plot and neighbour's plot are just adjacent to each other. Initially while making their house they had encroached our 7 to 8 inches of land to this we have not said anything. Now while we are constructing our 2nd story they are objecting as for external finishing on the wall which is facing their portion.
request you to please suggest how to proceed further.

if you have got the sanctioned plan from the municipal corporation, then you may proceed ahead for construction. otherwise you may serve a legal notice to them asking them to refrain themselves to harass you and your family.

To teach them lesson and to protect ur property send them a legal notce to return possesion of the 7/8 inches land they ahve illegally taken oposseion and ask for damages. Or contact 9417245693
