My one of cousin working in railway and he had borrowed sum of Rs.50000.00 from some one at his doughert marriage and he had given a cheque of said amount against as a security after some time he had returned Rs.47000.00 but didn't get back given security cheque from that person.but after some time that person cheated with him and file a case in the jaipur court against recovery.due to this he was under custody for 48 hours and court punished him for Rs.130000.00 as a fine.
He is not so rich and he is very poor he is only one earner person in his family, All this situation railway ( His officer managment ) suspended him and removed from his job under section of 14/1 as per this section of railway he can not apeal against this order.
The said person also cheated with some of persons also and one of them recently has done sucide by due to his mentaly and socially cruality and tourture .
Now we need your valuable advice that what should we do now so that he could be able to rejoin the job ? can he apeal in the high court against such as order ? what would be procedure if he do apeal ?
