Urgent ,notice from lawyer

Today I got notice from wife's advocate of office address

1) I left job 1 week ago,there is no proof I took notice

2) it was by speed post

3) it stated I hve to amt for notice 2000 and 2,0000 as marriage cost plus monthly 50000

There is no proof,but I have opened it

speed post by india postal service ,they have tracking that its delivred at my office

Get the releaved letter of your job from your office date mentioning prior to the dispossal of such letter.

basically I was at cleint side ( same address letter come)

and in email I have proof that I was out of premises 2 days ago only
