Dear Members,
I want to plead not guilty in a section 326 case in my next hearing. What do I have to say when the Judge asks me whether you are guilty or not. Do I answer in yes or no or do I have to give my reasons? Kindly tell me how to respond. Does Judge or PP asks guilty or not guilty and when do they ask it?

Dear Querist as per your information it seems that the matter is fixed for framing the charge, clearly say Not guilty and want trial.
if you have any strong proof then or file discharge application before the trial court at the time of argument on charge. or file a revision before Higher Court after framing the charge.
