I have a quick question. It’s regarding Interim Maintenance application by the wife. I’m from the husband’s side.
Both the parties have submitted their Arguments in writing and the matter is put on the “Order” stage.
Now, we want to add an important point to our Arguments (i.e. bring it to the Court's attention). Is it possible at this stage or will the judge flatly deny our request?
If it is possible, what’s the best way to go about it? Via a Pursis?
