Hello, We booked an apartment in a high rise building in Hyderabad and paid approx. 60% of the amount in 2008. They were supposed to deliver in 2011, but we are still waiting for the apartment. They havent even laid the foundation for the building yet and the delivery date may be in 2015/2016 per their estimate. We cannot wait that long and want to get our money back so we can look elsewhere. They have agreed to pay us the pricipal we paid and gave us a signed document, but we havent seen any payment from them yet. its been about 1 year since they agreed to give us back the amount. what are our options?
Can I bring a stay order on their other constructions?
