Urgent Suggestion Required

Dear Sir,

My wife is not leaving with me for more than two years. In the mean time she already filed 498A & 125 C.R.P.C. against me. These cases are still going on. But no decisions have been come. In this situation, can I file the divorce?

you may apply for divorce.  But first you approach a meet in person to her and you can apply for restitution of conjugal rights, if both are not success you may apply for divorce.  Best you apply the same in sec.13B
